Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ZenRootsBeauty.com (the “Site”) and the poems, audio readings, and other materials offered through it. The Site is operated by Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC (“Zen Roots,” “we,” “us,” “our”), which publishes the Zen Roots collection under the Ledgerstone Press imprint. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Effective date: June 20, 2026

Zen Roots is a collection of short books of poetry and accompanying audio readings, published by Ledgerstone Press, a publication of Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC. Authorship is attributed to the Zen Roots seal; no personal byline is used. References on the Site to “Zen Roots,” “the Library,” or “Ledgerstone Press” mean Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our permission;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the Site’s security or access controls;
• transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
• share, redistribute, or post the poems, audio, or other materials with people who have not obtained them as allowed under these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — all poems, audio recordings and the reading voice in them, cover artwork, the color palette, the seal, text, and design — is © Zen Roots / Ledgerstone Press, owned by Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Zen Roots,” “Ledgerstone Press,” and the seal are our marks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. Your license — personal use only

When you receive a work from us — whether a free reading, a sampler PDF, an e-book, an audio reading, or a printable — we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that work for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a copy for yourself and print a personal copy where the format allows.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly perform or display, broadcast, post publicly, or create derivative works from any of the works; remove the seal, attributions, or notices; or use any of the works — including the poems, the audio, or the reading voice — for any commercial purpose. Commercial, organizational, or public use requires a separate written license — see our Licensing page.

5. Free materials and email

Free items — such as the free reading, sampler poems, and any on-site companion — are provided for your personal use under the same restrictions in Section 4. They remain our property, and the license may be withdrawn at any time. If you join our list, you will receive the free reading and occasional notes when a new volume arrives; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. 6. Purchases and digital products

When paid products are offered, they are digital goods — e-books, PDFs, audio readings, and printables. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means your payment contract for a purchase is formed with Lemon Squeezy, which charges your payment method, calculates and collects any applicable taxes, and delivers your receipt; we supply and license the work to you. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy, which you accept at checkout. Where those checkout terms address payment, taxes, refunds, or chargebacks, they govern those mechanics; these Terms govern your use of the Site and the works. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once delivery or download has begun, except where the law provides otherwise — if something goes wrong with a purchase, email us at hello@zenrootsbeauty.com and we will help.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and the works are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or the works. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Third-party links and platforms

The Site may link to third-party platforms (for example Amazon, Audible, Apple Books, Spotify, Insight Timer, Lemon Squeezy, and Kit). We are not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Material changes take effect when posted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise. (When paid checkout is in use, Lemon Squeezy’s own Buyer Terms separately specify the governing law for the checkout contract.)
